Steel Spikes Pyramid

Replacement athletics spikes in a traditional pyramid style.  These puncture the track, rather than using compression.  For use in all standard track spike shoes.

Size options (Please check regulations at your track):

• 5mm - All Track
  
• 6mm - All Track Events & Long Jump, Triple Jump & Hurdles
  
• 9mm - Javelin, High Jump & Cross Country
  
• 12mm, 15mm & 18mm - Cross Country

Lee Valley Track

Lee Valley has confirmed that athletes can use 5mm & 7mm Omnilite Pyramid spikes or Christmas Tree Spikes.  Steel pyramid spikes are not permitted.
