Omnilite Ceramic Spikes - Pyramid

Omnilite measure the 7mm spikes as 1/4 inch which when converted to mm is approx 6.35mm. These have been cleared for use on the new track at Lee Valley.
Ultra-lite Omnilite ceramic spikes are just 1/3rd of the weight of steel ones and are designed in conjunction with Mondo to be perfectly suited to their tracks. Pyramid spikes dig into the track to give grip.
Omnilites wear quicker than steel spikes - definitely not for walking on concrete!

Lee Valley Track
Lee Valley has confirmed that athletes can use 5mm & 7mm Omnilite Pyramid spikes. Steel pyramid spikes are not permitted.
