Exercise balls are used for rehabilitation and core stability work, as well as office chairs, posture seats and as birthing balls.  These are high quality balls, with much stronger burst strength than many cheaper alternatives.  This makes them safer to use, and appropriate for more vigorous use.

Available sizes:

  • 35cm: Recommended user height 5'
  • 45cm: Recommended user height 5'3"
  • 55cm: Recommended user height 5'7"
  • 65cm: Recommended user height 5'9"
  • 75cm: Recommended user height 6'

Recommended heights are for sitting on the ball.  Smaller balls can also be used for other types of exercise.
