SportsHall Speedbounce is an iconic test of speed, agility, co-ordination and stamina for all ages.  

The participant jumps two-footed from side to side over a 20cm foam wedge as many times as possible within a time limit. 

A fun and useful coaching activity for schools PE right up to club-level Strength & Conditioning sessions.
