ESSENTIALS FOR INDOOR THROWING

Before you make a move, you will need the appropriate equipment to throw in any indoor facility. The basic equipment you need is as follows:

1. Indoor implement
2. Indoor throwing circle
3. Appropriate footwear

INDOOR ATHLETICS EQUIPMENT

Throwing indoors with an outdoor implement is impossible in many cases. For this reason, you will likely need to purchase an indoor implement, regardless of your event!

For Shot Putters, there are two types of indoor implements: soft shell and hard shell. The type you use all comes down to preference through trial and error.

INDOOR HAMMER THROW EQUIPMENT

For hammer throwers, this is similar. If nets are involved, you can use any type of outdoor hammer. However, PVC hammers are also an option, especially for athletes beginning out in the sport looking to do drills in an indoor space. The handle is made of a soft nylon material with a plastic-coated nylon cord connecting it with the ball.

JAVELIN THROW INDOORS
