An Introduction to Triple Jump
This new book is a simple introduction to coaching and performing Triple Jump. It has been written by Alan Neuff who is a UKA level 4 coach of considerable experience.
It begins with the essentials of teaching Triple Jump and then outlines training programmes. In addition, an important aspect of the book is a very substanial coverage of athletics conditioning. With nearly 100 line drawings it covers warm up, strength training, flexibility, mobility, core stability, medicine ball conditioning, circuit training, nutrition and mind games.
At a cost of £4.90 inclusive of postage and packing this book is a very useful handy A5 guide for both triple jump and all round athletics conditioning. It is the first in a series, which will cover all track and field events.
